Description
The experience begins with truffle hunting. The research area was specially selected for the particularity of the truffle plants, for its accessibility and for the breathtaking beauty of the landscapes. After meeting we will accompany you to a land where, after a brief explanation on truffles and dog training, we will begin the real search.
Once the truffle hunt is over you will reach the farm where the cooking class will be held. In an intimate and familiar atmosphere your cooking class will begin by picking vegetables directly from the farm’s garden. Then prepare truffle bruschetta and 2 types of handmade pasta, one seasoned with truffle, the other with vegetables picked directly from the garden. To finish, prepare a typical dessert. We will all have lunch together eating the prepared dishes paired with local wines.
