Our class with Chef Giuseppe and Sara was the highlight of our Tuscan experience! We would definitely recommend this duo to anyone. Chef Giuseppe arrived early to our kitchen to initiate some meal prep, only to find two techs in his space attempting to service the dishwasher. Not to be daunted, he handled the situation seamlessly. Finding a small area from which to move forward, he continued his tasks unfazed, proving he is a true pro! The learning was fun, the food was delicious, and the food service and cleanup were outstanding. Mille grazie!

We were so fortunate to stumble upon one of our best experiences in Italy. For our US Thanksgiving holiday we invited chef Giuseppe and his colleague Margot to our house to teach us how to make pasta. It was the perfect amount of lesson and cooking. We have college age children. My middle son brought his two classmates. We all enjoyed the experience so much. The food was excellent!! Giuseppe and Margot have such warm patient personalities. This was. 5 star experience and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Tuscany. In fact I have already referred them to a friend traveling to Tuscany this spring.
